UMW Toyota Motor (UMWT) is introducing Mobili-T Assist and Move Your World Rewards as part of its efforts to bring greater peace of mind and added value to Toyota customers. While Mobili-T Assist strengthens ownership support through a complimentary courtesy car benefit under the Toyota Insurance Package (TIP), Move Your World Rewards adds to the excitement of bringing home a new Toyota.
With Mobili-T Assist, eligible TIP customers will now have greater peace of mind. It gives customers time to make alternative transportation arrangements or adjustments to their routines and schedules. The introduction of Mobili-T Assist also places TIP among the first car insurance plans in Malaysia to offer a complimentary courtesy car benefit.
Designed specifically for Toyota owners, the Toyota Insurance Package offers comprehensive protection, including No Betterment charge for vehicles up to 12 years old, helping customers benefit from the use of Toyota Genuine Parts under eligible insurance claims. Other benefits include Agreed Value coverage for up to 15 years with 100% payout of sum insured for total loss or theft claim, free Toyota 24/7 Road Assist Service as well as fast claim assessments and approval within 24 hours for complete submissions, subject to policy terms.
Toyota Body & Paint spans 50 outlets nationwide, giving customers access to authorised care across Malaysia. To qualify for Mobili-T Assist, customers must be insured under TIP, and the required work must be estimated to exceed 14 days. Courtesy cars are available for up to 5 days on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to vehicle availability, eligibility requirements and applicable terms and conditions.
Mobili-T Assist further enhances the Toyota Extra Mile ownership experience by combining insurance protection, authorised care and mobility assistance for eligible TIP customers. Together, these benefits give customers that extra convenience, confidence and care throughout their journey with Toyota.
Meanwhile, Move Your World Rewards adds to the excitement of bringing home a new Toyota, with eligible customers enjoying the chance to win exclusive prizes alongside Toyota’s attractive rebate offers. Running from 1 November to 31 December 2026, the campaign offers eligible individual customers who register a new Toyota during this period automatic entry into a lucky draw, with 100 iPhone Duo prizes available across two monthly draws. A total of 50 winners will be selected from each month's eligible registrations. Existing Toyota customers receive three entries for each eligible vehicle registration, compared with one entry for new customers, and can also enjoy exclusive aftersales benefits on selected parts and accessories, subject to campaign terms and conditions.
